Thats a great question and the answer depends on where you live in the world. Generally if you live in the USA your order should take anywhere from 5-10 working days to arrive once we have shipped your order. Elsewhere in the world estimates vary from 5-15 working days. As we experience a high volume of orders once your order is placed it may sometimes take us a few days before we ship your order. Once we do tracking information will be provided and signature upon delivery is needed.
If you're having trouble with your order or you'd like to enquire on your shipping status please consult your Customer Order email when you purchased your product as that will contain tracking information for you to track your shipment.

Once we ship your order you will automatically be notified of your tracking number and a website to track its progress. Please note this is an international shipment so expecting 5 day delivery is not realistic.
If your order has been shipped to you already you would have received an automatic notification of your tracking number so please refer to this.
Alternatively if you have not received a tracking number yet it means unfortunately your order has not yet been dispatched by the courier. The main reason for this is because we experience extremely large order volumes currently and our factory cannot create enough units to ship to everybody immediately.
This usually results in a 7 day delay maximum. It depends what product you ordered as some models we already have stock on hand to ship immediately. Our latest or new release models tend to sell out very fast and the demand is always larger than the supply.
We apologise if this results in some delays but rest assured your order will be shipped to you.
You can pay for your order at the checkout in many different ways. Once you've added the item to your shopping cart simply proceed to the checkout and our order system will ask you to input details such as name, where you live (so we can ship your product to you) etc.
When you checkout you can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Credit Card VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and many other options.

We create the products you see on this website in our factory in China that is ISO9001 certified and RoHS. We then test them for quality defects and ship them directly to you. No store fronts, no retail space, no giant marketing budgets etc.

If the above video and instructions does not help you are recommended to leave your earbuds OUT of the case overnight powered on and let them drain completely dead (and ideally the case battery too). This usually resets them and fixes any issues.
Yes they are exactly the same as BlackPods you may have seen elsewhere. We produce BlackPods in our factory and sell to many people. Some other companies name them different things and price them differently. You may have seen these elsewhere advertised for more than $50 USD. Its because they do not manufacture them themselves.

Unpair and delete the device from your phone or whatever device you're using them on.
Put earbuds back in the case and press the button on the back for 30-60 seconds continuously. This resets them. Then pair again with your phone and this fixes most common issues.
If that still does work then drain the earbuds fully until dead and leave them overnight. Then re-insert to case for charging up again (make sure you've delete your profile on your phone for this too).
The i500 TWS is the same as the i200 TWS but it has the added "Hey Siri" functionality. Also the i500 TWS has increased battery life from between 1 hour to 2 hours extra. Generally they will get 4 hours usage maybe 5 if you're lucky.
This is unique to the i500 TWS and other units do not have this capability.
