Where applicable Australian Consumer Law (ACL) will supersede this policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in saleable condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or an exchange of item.
Refund of Fee's (if applicable)
From October 11 2019 if we cancel your order we will now deduct any relevant fee's that have been charged to us from your refund.
This will only apply to situations where a customer has placed an order and later asked us to cancel that order and we have done so at their request.
Cancellations (if applicable)
Once your order has been placed it is automatically sent to our 3PL Shipping Partner. We cannot cancel or refund orders once they are placed. It is the customers responsibility to order correctly.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Change of Mind (if applicable)
PodsBay does not accept returns because you changed your mind about your purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded they can only be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Missing Items (if applicable)
We ship using tracked and registered post using the address information the customer (you) have provided. If our courier is unable to deliver to your address because you have provided incorrect details we cannot refund your purchase until we have had the item returned to us. We are not liable for the customer (you) providing inaccurate address information on international shipments.
To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning your items we require you to used a tracked delivery service to provide proof of return otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
